SHIPPING
• All prices at www.oringmonkey.com INCLUDE shipping!
• All shipping is via USPS First Class mail. Priority shipping is available at an extra charge.
• Items are normally shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the order (weekends excluded).
• We strongly recommend adding the $2 insurance as we cannot guarantee breakage and lost items during delivery (Insurance fee may vary).
• For your convenience and peace of mind, delivery confirmation is available for $1. Delivery confirmation is free on priority shipping.
• Items are shipped from Southern California and generally take anywhere from 1 day locally and 3 to 4 business days across the country on average.
• Paintball markers ship USPS Priority. Get it in 2 to 3 business days! Free ground shipping offered by other sites usually take 5 to 7 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING:
• All orders at Oringmonkey.com are processed within the same day as the order is received.
• Orders are shipped out within the same day the order is received or by the next business day.
• Orders not yet shipped out are left in "Pending" status until the order is shipped. After the order is shipped, we will notify you that the order has been shipped and the order status will be changed to "Shipped".
• You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account that you have registered and ordered with.

• Oringmonkey.com is more than happy to serve customers in Canada, Europe and other countries worldwide!
• All international orders require an extra $9 international shipping fee. (Select During Checkout)

• Shipments to Europe generally take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days.

RETURNS
• You may return an unused or unopened product in resaleable condition for store credit less shipping costs within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
• All return(s) must be authorized prior to returning the shipment.
• Store credit will be issued within 14 business days after receiving the return shipment and inspection of the product(s).
• Buyer assumes all costs of shipping the returned item or items.
• A 30% restocking fee may be charged on any returned items.
