The Anno Smith

On PBNation you can find alot of different people offering various services and products for sale in the Buy/Sell/Trade forums. One thread that caught my eye was by MKriegs on PBNation who owns and operates TheAnnoSmith.com After browsing his gallery, I decided to take a chance and get a black prostock annodized for Jarno K. from Finland's Team Takeover (Yes, the same Team Takeover the famed Mikko Huttunen is from).

First of all, Matthew (MKriegs) responded quickly to my special requests to have certain parts annodized gloss copper. I shipped it out to Michigan and told him to take his time. Not only did he finish the job in a timely manner, he even took the opportunity to purchase the autococker valve tool to take out the valve that I forgot to take out. That's some service!

Return shipping was via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation, which gives us both peace mind and was very well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts.

[14:39] ORingMonkey: it's a pic of ur marker
[14:39] Jarno (Finland): that is so nice
[14:39] Jarno (Finland): i just pissed my pants
Now for the before and after pics:

For Quality Annodizing At Player Friendly Prices, I highly recommend hiring MKriegs if you want your paintball marker anno'd.

Angel1 Oring Kits Updated

Yeah, I know WDP changed their name to Angel Paintball Sports, but for some reason I just can't, or I refuse to use their new name out of habit.

O ring kits for the WDP Angel1 paintball marker have recently been updated on http://www.oringmonkey.com/. Originally I modeled this kit from an Angel1 factory oring kit I received from a customer, but apparently it wasn't complete. I'm guessing it only contained replacement o rings for the ones that wear out commonly on the marker.

Well, after spending some time going through WDP's "Grease/Thread lock Application & Marker Assembly Manual" (warning, 9mb download), I finally put together the complete oring kit for the Angel1 marker, and oh boy, are these orings a pain in the ass or what???

Lots of weird-sized metric o rings! I first had the experience with this when I serviced my buddy's Angel 05 Speed marker in order to develop an o ring kit for the 05 Speed. Lucky for him, his marker got a free cleaning too. I'm actually impressed with how well the marker shoots with probably 2 years of gunk built up in that thing.

For those of you who have purchased the Angel1 oring kit in the past, the updated version is available and I will gladly ship out the missing o rings to you. Just contact me and give me your first and last name so I can look up your order and make sure you give me your current address. Thanks!
