SD Mob Takes 1st Place in Division 3 WCPPL Event #2

Ultra-lightweight barrels constructed of high quality diamond-cut aluminum and carbon fiber using their patented Dual Carbon Technology.

The Dual Carbon Technology involves cross-woven outer fibers and uni-directional inner fibers. Using 100% carbon graphite gives ZERO co-efficient of thermal expansion. The barrel will not expand or contract with temperature like aluminum does.

The tapered bore of Sly barrels allow the paintball to "float" in the barrel for reduced drag and improved accuracy. Compare this to the traditional stepped bores that create excess turbulence due to sudden pressure changes which result in a less accurate shot.

True, the pressure gauge is a device that's slowly becoming extinct on most paintball markers, but incorporating the pressure gauge onto the back cap not only gives your G3 a "high-tech" look, but also helps troubleshooting when your marker misfires, breaks paint, or has the dreaded FSDO. I mean, how many times have you busted your skull against the wall realizing that you had your high pressure reg opened or closed all the way and couldn't figure out why your marker wasn't working???

On PBNation you can find alot of different people offering various services and products for sale in the Buy/Sell/Trade forums. One thread that caught my eye was by MKriegs on PBNation who owns and operates TheAnnoSmith.com After browsing his gallery, I decided to take a chance and get a black prostock annodized for Jarno K. from Finland's Team Takeover (Yes, the same Team Takeover the famed Mikko Huttunen is from).


First of all, Matthew (MKriegs) responded quickly to my special requests to have certain parts annodized gloss copper. I shipped it out to Michigan and told him to take his time. Not only did he finish the job in a timely manner, he even took the opportunity to purchase the autococker valve tool to take out the valve that I forgot to take out. That's some service!

Return shipping was via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation, which gives us both peace mind and was very well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts.
